I live in New Zealand with my wife and 3 children, the youngest is just 1 year old and was born 16 weeks premature at 24 weeks of gestation here in New Zealand, she has a few medical conditions but is doing well, my middle child was born in Brazil 3 years ago and our oldest is 9 and was born in Australia. For a while I was making my living making promotional videos and I swore I wouldn't get into photography, the idea of every image being studied for mistakes made me feel like it was too much, but I shot some things for family and before you know it I was working for major international brands - from there the rest is history. For commercial work I have a business named Braziwi Media and for weddings and family work I operate as Ryan James Photography.
