This website and the associated online services are provided by Nando Azevedo Photography Ltd , Auckland, New Zealand as a social project entitled Fairshot or Fairshots.org.By accessing, using, and/or registering with this website (“Site”), you (“you,” “your,” “User”) acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions and all other applicable operating rules, policies and/or procedures that may be published by us from time to time on the Site, each of which is incorporated by reference and each of which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. If you do not agree to any of these Terms do not access or use the Site.
2. The Service
Fairshots provides an online platform where:
(a) non profit organizations can connect to photographer by creating Job opportunities.
(b) photographers can connect to non profit organizations by browsing those job opportunities and finding a match that suits them.
(c) both photographers and organizations can contact each other while accessing profile pages.
Fairshots provides a service of connecting these two entities and we are not responsible for guaranteeing that the work will happen under the conditions advertised. Although we will take great measure to ensure our users follow the descriptions provided on job opportunities, it is the responsibility of the organizations and photographer to ensure continuation of projects once initial connection has been established by Fairshots.
Organizations are under no obligation of hiring a photographer if they see applicants as unsuitable.
Fairshots does not hold the rights of any image produced as a consequence of the connections created on the website. We recommend that organizations and photographers discuss the image usage rights before starting any work, taking in consideration the laws of each country.
This website tries to ensure all registered photographers and organizations are legitimate and provide high quality work, but we do not endorse any specific user, and we are not responsible if the work performed by our users is not satisfactory.
3. Service follow up
Fairshots might contact organizations and photographers after connections have been established in order to prove a track record and to create content designed for the website’s promotion.
4.Fees and charges
Basic usage and accounts are free of charge. Voluntary donations are accepted and encouraged. We reserve the right to review and/or update this at any point we see fit.
5.Privacy
By registering on this website you accept that the information you provide might be visible to the general public. Your contact details will not be publicly displayed unless you choose to do so. We value your privacy and we will not distribute your information to third parties without your consent.
6. General
Fairshots may, from time to time, add or remove information, products or services from this Site without notice. Fairshots reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time without notice. The continued use of this Site will represent an agreement by the User to be bound by these Terms of Use as amended. Where the Userʼs access to this Site is terminated for any reason, all obligations of confidentiality, with respect to intellectual property rights, indemnities, disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these Terms of Use will survive.
